These terms describe the conditions for using the ClearFold Atelier website. By browsing the site, you agree to use it lawfully, respectfully, and in a way that does not disrupt its operation.

Website service

The website provides editorial information, a course catalog, browser-based Fallows tracking, and a local cart demonstration. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, browsing these pages does not create enrollment, purchase, or instructor-client obligations.

Catalog and descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to keep course titles, descriptions, formats, materials, and prices accurate. Educational content is general craft instruction; results vary with materials, practice, and individual handling.

Local tools

Fallows and cart data are stored in your browser. Clearing site data, changing browsers, or using private browsing may remove these records. The static checkout modal does not collect payment information or confirm an order.

Acceptable use

You may use the website for personal, lawful evaluation of our content and courses. Do not interfere with the pages, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private submissions, impersonate the studio, or use the content to mislead others.

Intellectual property

ClearFold Atelier names, written lessons, visual layouts, and original editorial materials belong to ClearFold Atelier or its licensors. You may make personal practice wraps from the instruction, but may not reproduce, resell, or publicly redistribute our course materials without written permission.

External communication

Messages submitted through the contact form should be accurate and appropriate. We may decline requests that are abusive, unlawful, automated, or unrelated to the service.

Availability and limits

We aim for dependable access but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or permanent availability. To the extent permitted by law, ClearFold Atelier is not responsible for losses arising from browser storage behavior, unavailable pages, or reliance on general instructional information.

Changes and governing rules

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Any mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
